Pricing Details

  • Cabin rates begin with a non-refundable deposit and “Cabin Guarantee” status where the ship assigns the cabin based on the selected cabin  category. You may choose a fare where you can select a specific cabin  number or location however the rate will be higher.
  • Special Promotions may be available and can change anytime.
  • Promotions may have restrictions, limited space and be capacity controlled.
  • Cruise pricing subject to change until booked. Pricing is confirmed and secured after deposit is paid however taxes may change.

Princess Captain’s Circle Members – Please designate if you are a past passenger with Princess Cruises as the cruise line may offer special amenities to past passengers.

Cruise rates do not include items such as:  Airfare, any transportation costs to and from the ship, tips & gratuities, some beverages, sodas, alcoholic beverages, shore excursions/tours, insurance, optional on-board services, etc. unless specified.

Double occupancy pricing explained. Cabin pricing is quoted per person/double occupancy meaning the price calculation per person is based on two people occupying the cabin.

Example: If you were to stay at a hotel and the price was $150 per night for the room … as a single person in the room you would pay the entire amount of $150 while if there were two people staying in the room, the cost would be split between the 2 people and the cost would be $75 to each person ($150 /2 people = $75 per person). You can occupy a cabin as a single person (single occupancy) however your cost will be double (less the 2nd set of tax and port charges) as you will be paying for the entire cabin yourself.

Cruise Deposit

$200 (per person) due upon booking. Special cruise promotions may have different cruise deposit requirements and restrictions.

Final Payment

Due by 1/15/24 (Booking is still available after final payment date on a space available basis. After final payment date full payment is due upon booking and pricing may vary)

Penalties and Fees

Cancellation fee of $100pp may be charged by Travel Agency after booking in addition to any Cruise Line Penalties. Change fees of $25 per change may  apply after reservation is booked.  Cruise line penalties begin 75 days prior to sailing.

Princess Cruise Vacation Protection Plan

This travel protection insurance can be purchased anytime from the time of your deposit until final payment. Coverage begins only upon payment and some exclusions apply. Vacation Protection includes a variety of coverage including Trip Cancellation and Interruption Protection, Medical Expense/Emergency Assistance (secondary to any  primary medical insurance of guest), Baggage loss/Baggage delay.

Medallion Class on all princess ships

Princess has now equipped all ships in their fleet with the Medallion technology.

Group Dining

As of June 1, 2021 all Princess ships have a new “Dine Your Way” dinner dining program. Dinner seating is determined depending on the group size and seating preferences. Our group dining is typically set at 7:40pm however this can change with various itineraries. In addition to the main dining room you may also choose other dining options on the ship like casual dining in the Horizon Court Buffet, Poolside Grill, Princess Pizzeria, International Cafe, Alfredo Pizza and 24-hr room service. There are also two “Specialty” Restaurants available, Crown Grille and Sabatini’s, which charge an additional fee and require reservations.

Tips & Gratitudes

Most cruise lines automatically add gratuities for your restaurant and stateroom services to your onboard account on a daily basis. Some cruise packages include the gratuities such as the Princess Plus Package.

Princess rates currently are:

  • $16 per person/per day for Inside, Outside and Balcony Cabins
  • $17 per person/per day for Mini-Suites
  • $18 per person/per day for Suites

These service gratuities are the recommended amounts and may be adjusted at your discretion onboard at the Purser’s Desk/Passenger Services Desk. Envelopes are also typically available onboard for you to personally deliver additional gratuities to dining and stateroom personnel. All rates subject to change.

What to expect on our Sea Magic Cruise

Get ready for a fun vacation and dance experience!

Start planning now for a fun-filled vacation of cruising & dancing with friends as the Sea Magic Dance Cruises are a “fun dance vacation experience”. Your group cruise price includes the standard cruise amenities of onboard gourmet meals, outstanding service, a wide variety of entertainment & activities in addition to dance classes, dancing and group parties for our group only – must be booked with our group (Sea Magic via Paradise Travel Service) to participate. The emphasis of our group is on enjoying a relaxed and fun cruise vacation with friends and family with dancing as a bonus!

Our Sea Magic cruise format is very “relaxed” where the days are yours to go ashore and explore the ports of call or simply remain onboard and enjoy the ship. This cruise is not just for dancers – we welcome and encourage friends and family to join our fun group as we dance, dine, gather for group parties and experience a wonderful cruise vacation. Our Sea Magic group focus is to experience the cruise and our fabulous destinations with dancing as a bonus! Our on board classes will be presented as the ship schedule and space allows … typically on the days at sea. The actual dances taught will be decided by those that are sailing on this voyage via our “Dance Survey” that is distributed prior to sailing (dances receiving the most votes in the past have been west coast swing and nightclub two-step with other dances like cha cha, country two-step, waltz, salsa, rumba also getting votes). There is also live music and dancing available in the lounges and around the ship. Remember, it is your vacation and it is your choice to do as much or as little as you wish! Our actual group schedule is finalized by the ship just prior to sailing and the schedule is subject to change.

There are many activity and entertainment choices available onboard the ship. You can dance to the live bands in the lounges, see a variety of shows, relax at the pool and spa, stroll on the deck, see a movie, read a book or enjoy the many other options the ship has to offer. Reminder: This cruise is not just for dancers — so, go ahead and bring your family and friends along as there is something for everyone on a cruise!

Travel Documents Required

Special Notes

  • On the Cruise Registration Form – Your registered name (first & last names) and the name on your Passport ID must match exactly — No exceptions … this is a requirement.
  • For non-U.S. citizens, please verify with your Consulate any additional documents that may be required such as a Visa or Alien ID Card (aka: Green Card).

Boarding/Disembarking the Ship

You may board the ship on embarkation day as requested in your “Ocean Ready” registration using the Princess “Medallion App”. Your cruise documents will confirm time. Disembarkation typically takes place between 8am-9:30am

You can make your own air arrangements or purchase airfare along with your cruise from the Cruise Line.

Clothing/Dress Code

7-day cruise, 2 formal and 5 smart casual nights. You should dress for cruising the same way you would for a land based resort. Daywear suggestions include casual sportswear, jogging suits, pants, sweaters, windbreaker/jacket both on board and ashore. Keep in mind that the weather at sea can be unpredictable. You may want to bring a hat, jacket and sweater as well as swim suit, shorts, visor and sunglasses.

In the evening, the cruise line dress code categories refer to the classification of attire requested for that particular evening. The ship asks that all passengers follow the suggested attire while in the public areas.

  • Casual – pants, slacks, skirts, blouses, sweaters for women; pants, sport shirts/open neck shirts and sweaters for men
  • Formal – cocktail dresses, evening gowns, or dressy pant suit for women; slacks, dress shirt and sport jacket, suit or tuxedo for men

In the daytime, during the day there is no specified dress code, however there are some attire restrictions. Swim suits, cut off T-shirts, halter tops, and torn jeans are not permitted in the main dining rooms. While swim suits are appropriate attire for the pool and spa areas, coverups are requested for other areas of the ship.
